Masterclass at Digital Freedom Festival in Riga

The Digital Freedom Festival invited us to give a workshop on: How to write a proposal that doesn’t suck? EU Funding for startups and SMEs.

When looking for funding, startup founders are often not inclined to look for financing by public institutions. Many do not realise though that institutions like the European Union have plenty of opportunities for entrepreneurs with less ties than one might expect.

This class will provide all participants with an overview of EU goals and themes behind relevant funding programmes. As this is a hands-on session the mentors will ensure every workshop participant gets to go through the process of putting together an impressive EU grant application for a startup to take home with them a step-by-step guide and a list of Do’s and Don’t’s.

Learning Goal:

To become knowledgeable about available EU funding for Startups and young entrepreneurs and how to get it!

Who should join:

Startups and young entrepreneurs

The workshop will take place on Monday, Nov 28th at Altum in Riga, Latvia, starting at 9AM.
